The 2009 Golden Globes: Some Of My Favorites!

In the midst of all the red carpet disappointment, I did have some favorites. I loved the dazzle of Jennifer Lopez’s gold, draped Marchesa dress. She looked stunning (minus her wedding ring) and most importantly, she took a risk! She was noticed!

I also loved Eva Longoria’s bright red Reem Acra dress. She looked amazing and classy. Since Eva is so petite, I love form-fitted dresses on her to accentuate her shape. And of course, red is her color! She brought the drama that I was looking for!

My favorite couple of the night was Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Surprise, surprise. Angelina was decked out in a neutral colored Atelier Versace gown and Brad wore a Tom Ford tux. They make a great pair because they make each other look even better!

I also loved Anne Hathaway’s midnight blue Armani Prive gown. It was elegant and beautiful. She looked statuesque and radiant. And I adore the big vintage earrings!

And last but not least- Olivia Wilde! She looked beautiful in this frothy and fun Reem Acra gown! It was such a beautiful, unique color to wear and the skirt was just too amazing for words! I admire her for choosing this dress and going for it!
