Eminem & Rihanna’s New Video For “Love The Way You Lie”

Eminem and Rihanna just released their new video for “Love The Way You Lie.” This song has such a powerful message about domestic violence and the video is just as explosive. Megan Fox and Dominic Monaghan play a couple that are involved in an abusive relationship. Rihanna talked to Access Hollywood about the song:

It’s something that, you know, [Eminem and I have] both experienced, you know, on different sides, different ends of the table,” she said.

“It just was authentic. It was real. It was believable for us to do a record like that, but it was also something that needed to be done, and the way he did it was so clever,” Ri added. He pretty much just broke down the cycle of domestic violence, and it’s something that a lot people don’t have a lot of insight on, so this song is a really, really powerful song, and it touches a lot of people.”

It’s so inspiring that Rihanna is able to overcome her past experiences with domestic violence and parlay that into a song that will inspire people. She has been so open about her relationship with Chris Brown and I am sure many young women can relate to her situation.
