Inside Kim Kardashian’s Wedding!

Kim Kardashian is officially a married woman!

Kim married Kris Humphries last night at an amazing $29 million dollar Montecito, California estate. The entire affair was black and white including the bridesmaids’ ivory Vera Wang dresses! All of the guests were instructed to wear black or white only which should make for a gorgeous video!

According to E! Online, Kim wore three dresses at her wedding. For the ceremony, her dress was a “strapless Vera Wang, with a fitted bodice, a full, rather traditionally cut tulle skirt, and an epic train. The shoes were Guiseppe Zanotti. Her hair was up and her veil remained off her face as she walked down the aisle, the veil topped by a jeweled headpiece with diamonds that dripped onto Kim’s forehead.”

Kim carried a bouquet of white roses which appeared to be the flower of the evening! Her stepfather, Bruce Jenner walked her down the aisle to greet her slightly nervous future husband. Of course, Kim and Kris were miked up so the guest were able to hear them recite their own vows above the sound of helicopters flying overhead.

A program was passed out during the ceremony that spoke of Kris’ late grandparents and Kim’s father, Robert Kardashian. It read, “I so wish my dad could be here today to walk me down the aisle. But I know in a way he is here, and I feel his loving presence all around me. I love and miss you, dad.”

After the ceremony, Kim changed into her second Vera Wang dress. According to E! Online, the dress “was an ivory mermaid gown with hand-pieced Chantilly lace appliqué on the bodice and a skirt with hand-cut organza petals intermixed with Chantilly lace motifs and organza sprig embroidery.”

The reception took place in another tent on the property. Kim and Kris had their first dance to “Angel” sung by Robin Thicke who then transitioned into “Let’s Stay Together.”

Of course, Kris Jenner took the mic to thank all the guests for coming and to toast the newlyweds!

The food was catered by Wolfgang Puck, “which kicked off with a buffalo mozzarella and heirloom tomato salad with basil and “tomato chips”; followed by a choice of hand-formed agnolotti with sweet corn mascarpone and summer truffles, or roast chicken with Yukon Gold potato puree, caramelized brussels sprouts and summer truffles.”

Earth, Wind, and Fire played “September” to get the guests on the dance floor.

The wedding cake was a six foot tall “decadent, multi-tiered chocolate-and-vanilla swirl cake studded with chocolate chips” from Hansen’s Cakes. The cake featured a black and white design that mirrored the weddings theme.

After cutting the cake, Kim disappeared to change into her third dress of the night! The dress was a gorgeous crepe-back, V-neck satin gown with a circle skirt, again designed by Vera Wang.

Later into the night, a DJ took over and played uptempo songs for the rest of the evening!

All in all, the wedding sounded incredible! I can’t wait to hear about new details as they emerge. I absolutely love the black and white theme. I feel like ivory bridesmaid dresses will become a huge trend from Kim’s wedding and the Royal Wedding.
