Gwyneth Paltrow Promotes Tracy Anderson

Last year, Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna both split time working out with fitness maven, Tracy Anderson. It was a competition who could get the most face to face workout time with her. Madonna is over Tracy now and that means that our GOOPie goddess Gwyneth has full rein over Tracy and her ‘method.’ You know that means that she will be promoting the hell out of her.

First things first, Gwyneth has already passed Tracy along to Courtney Cox and Jennifer Aniston. Now she is telling the world how amazing Tracy’s workouts are for curing her from her “saggy ass” and “bat wings.” Please, Gwyneth doesn’t have any of these problems. It is annoying and pretentious that she pretends that she does. She posted this arm workout of Tracy’s on her website GOOP this week.
