Julianne Hough Shines At The 2009 ACM Awards

Last night’s awards show was great! All of my favorites won an award! Carrie Underwood won the biggest award of the night- Entertainer of The Year. The notoriously private star even thanked her boyfriend who wasn’t in the audience. She said, “Mike, baby, I wish you were here!”

Taylor Swift won Album of The Year and that award was much deserved in my opinion. She had the best album out there!

Julianne Hough won Best New Artist trophy and she was so cute with her acceptance speech! You could tell that she was so surprised to win! The only problem is that she didn’t thank her hot boyfriend, Chuck Wicks!

I bet Jessica Simpson was crying in her soup last night. Was she even there? I bet that she was counting on being nominated and winning that award. Unfortunately, her country singing career is not going as well as she hoped, but there is always her clothing line.

My big question of the night was- Why was Jennifer Love Desperate there?
