The Eclipse Premiere Hits Hollywood!

Eclipse premiered at the Nokia Theater yesterday and all of the fans came out to see Robert Pattinson and the rest of the cast!

I have to say that I didn’t like what Rob decided to wear to the premiere. He could have worn ANYTHING and looked fantastic, but I am not a fan of colored suits like this. The rest of the cast looked great! Kristen Stewart looked beautiful in a short white Elie Saab dress. Of course, she looked awkward on the red carpet but she made up for it by dressing fantastically! I am happy that she chose white instead of boring black or gray. We have seen her do that look too many times. Taylor Lautner, on the other hand,  always looks like a star and he didn’t disappoint at the premiere.

Annalynne McCord made her red carpet debut on the arm of her boyfriend, Kellan Lutz. They are finally taking their relationship public! She looked gorgeous as always in a nude strapless Nicole Miller dress. Kellan, on the other hand, had his hair dyed too dark. He looks way better when lighter hair. Side note: Has he had Botox? I seriously think so. Ewww.

Ashley Greene looked stunning in an Alexis Mabille Couture dress. I think I loved the dress more than I loved it on her. The color is absolutely stunning and fresh. I am happy that she didn’t go with the conventional metallic, but I am disappointed that she is going blonder with her hair. Aren’t there enough blondes in Hollywood?

Nikki Reed looked pretty, but her Marchesa dress was a little too ice-skating princess for my taste. I feel like we have seen the super short feathery dress before and she really could have vamped it up (no pun intended!). Lord knows that she needs to after what they make her hair look like in these movies. I don’t know why the wigs and dye jobs are so bad in the Twilight series, but they are!

To end on a positive note, I am hearing that Eclipse is by far the best movie in the series. It is more grown up and less cheesy. Supposedly, it is worlds better than New Moon. I hope so! I was a big fan of Twilight despite the evident melodrama, but New Moon was laughable at times to me. At no, it was not because Rob Pattinson wasn’t in it as much. I liked Taylor Lautner in the movie, but certain scenes with the cast just seemed way too over-the-top dramatic in terms of their acting abilities. Let’s hope this movie is what the fans want to see!
