			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>According to insiders, <strong>Jennifer Aniston</strong> wanted to lose weight before filming her new movie <strong><em>Just Go With It</em></strong> because she was going to be in skimpy clothes alongside young model,<strong> Brooklyn Decker</strong>.</p>
<p>Aniston was recommended for the &#8216;Baby Food Cleanse’ eating plan, which involves 14 portions of puréed food a day followed by a healthy adult dinner. Following this, the actress has already lost 7 pounds.</p>
<p>&#8216;<em>As her upcoming role requires to wear lots of little dresses, she wanted to be at her physical peak</em>,” said Mandy, her trainer and yoga guru.</p>
<p>Jennifer&#8217;s diet includes fruit smoothies, pureed oatmeal and pears with cinnamon, soups containing dandelion greens and a dinner of lean meats and vegetables.</p>
<p>Aniston said that celebrity trainer, Tracy is all about ‘<em>clean eating</em>’, which means no oils, spices or salt. With ‘baby eating’ the food is easily processed by the body. She believes efficient digestion equals quick weight loss.</p>
<p>I love this madness. What will these people come up with next? I would say just eating seeds all day like a bird, but I think that is an actual diet! Of course you would lose weight eating this way, but you would just gain it back after you started eating normally. But what else does Jen have to do with her time? The only liquid diet I would partake in is an all alcohol, all the time kind of diet! Think of the benefits!</p>

I don&#8217;t know how much I trust that supplements are the right way to lose weight. Kim and Khloe both follow different programs but they say that their appetite is supressed when they use these supplements.</p>
<p>I think these two would just about promote anything in order to get some money and publicity!</p>
<p>Obviously, the best way to lose weight is through exercise and a balanced diet. That&#8217;s the boring answer, but it&#8217;s absolutely the truth!</p>

<p><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Let Go of the Trigger</strong> </span><br />
Okay, go get your journal or log in to your online Fitness Diary. As promised, I&#8217;m going to start showing you how to break the cycle of emotional eating. Below are two questions. For a week, before you eat anything, whether it&#8217;s dinner or a small snack, I want you to answer these two questions in your journal. By doing this, you&#8217;ll begin to distinguish between real hunger and emotional triggers.</p>
<p><strong>1. Are you hungry?</strong></p>
<p>Are you experiencing any physiological conditions that are signaling to you that you are hungry? Is your stomach growling? Do you feel weak or tired? Has it been longer than three or four hours since you last ate? If you concentrate on answering these questions, it will be very easy to determine whether you are genuinely, physically hungry or whether you are eating for a different reason. If you&#8217;ve determined that you are hungry, then it&#8217;s time to eat. If not, it&#8217;s time for the next question.</p>
<p><strong>2. Are you depressed or anxious?</strong><br />
Did you just get into a fight? Are you anxious about a work-related deadline? Whatever it might be, write down what you&#8217;re feeling and why you think you&#8217;re feeling it. Getting in touch with your emotions here is critical. If you can&#8217;t, you&#8217;re going to have an incredibly difficult time reaching your weight loss goals. Dig deep, and get it in writing.</p>
<p>This is really sound advice to make sure that you are only eating when you are hungry. You would be surprised how many people eat lunch just because it&#8217;s lunch time and not because they are actually hungry. Five small meals works the best for me so that you are constantly keeping your metabolism running all day. </p>

<p>At 32, <strong>Candace Cameron</strong> is a super hot mom, but the actress didn&#8217;t always feel comfortable in her own skin. In fact, Candace remembers having issues with her weight even in her <em>Full House</em> days.</p>
<p><em>&#8220;Then when I was 16, I filmed an episode of Full House where my family goes to Disney World. I remember putting on baggy overalls just to hide my stomach,</em>&#8221; she says. &#8220;<em>When I watched it, I was pretty disappointed and bummed out looking at myself&#8230;I didn&#8217;t feel good about my own body.&#8221;</em></p>
<p>Candace says that she continued struggling with her weight even after her marriage to her husband Val.</p>
<p>&#8220;<em>When I first met Val, I would eat as much food as him &#8211; but then he would play hockey for three hours!</em>&#8221; she says.</p>
<p>But Candace has tackled her demons once and for all by working out and following a daily diet that is featured in the new issue of <em>US Weekly</em>. Congrats to the star for getting fit the healthy way! </p>

When you know exactly what is in all of your meals, than you are better able to control how many calories you eat. But if you are anything like me than going to restaurants is an enjoyable experience to you and one that you should very well partake in! <a href="http://www.fitsugar.com" target="_blank">FitSugar</a> has a list of 5 &#8220;healthy&#8221; foods that are not so healthy!</p>

<li><strong>Veggie lo mein:</strong> <em>Veggies are healthy on their own, but if you order veggie lo mein from a classic Chinese restaurant, you&#8217;re looking at veggies and noodles that are fried in oil. One dinner from P.F. It is healthier than the chicken lo mein, which contains 1,610 calories, but not much. Go for steamed veggies and rice instead.</em></li>
<li><strong>Banana Bran Muffin:</strong> <em>Bananas are full of potassium and have a fair amount of fiber, and bran is a healthy carb that keeps you regular. Two great things, right? Well, when you bake them with eggs and sugar, the outcome is not so nutritious. <li><strong>Odwalla Super Protein Vanilla Al&#8217;Mondo shake:</strong> <em>I&#8217;m a huge fan of Odwalla juices because they&#8217;re fresh and made with a short list of ingredients you can pronounce. <li><strong>Chicken and broccoli quiche:</strong> <em>Quiche can be a healthy meal since it&#8217;s made with eggs, but even if you add healthy ingredients to it such as chicken and broccoli, it doesn&#8217;t take away from the fact that quiche is also made with cheese, cream, and butter. <p>Her new cookbook contains delicious, southern inspired recipes that she has become known for. I love her No Bake Cookies and Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Barbeque! That is saying something because I don&#8217;t even like pork! I am trying one of her recipes tomorrow and I will be sure to give you guys an update on how it turns out! </p>
