Kendra’s New Post-Baby Workout Plan
I have totally fallen in love with Kendra Wilkinson’s baby, Hank. He is so cute! Kendra talked to OK! Magazine about bringing Hank home from the hospital and how she is planning to get her body back! Kendra says,
“The doctor said I can’t exercise until after six weeks [due to a C-section], but getting up and down in the middle of the night — feeding him, changing him and soothing him when he’s crying — is my ab workout already!â€
