Oh TomKat! They have made it as a wedded couple for two years! Do you remember when Katie was just a sweet faced girl on the creek who was constantly smiling? It was like she could not have been more excited that Tom Cruise was interested in her. Now, she has fully morphed into his slightly less masculine looking other half. 

Tom and Katie celebrated their 2 year anniversary with a quiet evening at their home in Los Angeles. Wow, how they have changed. I guess it was because Katie is having to do Broadway shows every night so their time together was pretty limited.

Jessica Simpson Eats Sushi, Talks Ashlee’s Pregnancy

Jessica Simpson gets glam to go eat sushi with some friends in LA last night. The singer is making an appearance on Ellen on Wednesday to talk about her country album and her sister Ashlee’s pregnancy. She says,

On Ashlee’s labor: ”[She's trying] different foot massages and stuff, I don’t know. I think she’s really just jumping around trying everything right now. They’re going to have to [induce labor] — it’s already developing really quick.”

On the sex of the baby: ”I can’t say because they haven’t said. I’ll stick my foot in my mouth and get in trouble and I won’t be a good aunt.”

On Tony: ”[To be a Dallas Cowboys quarterback] there’s a requirement. Like, you have to be good looking. [. . .] Being out there and demanding and commanding that field — that’s pretty sexy. But it’s nice when you have the whole package. [We're] really a lot alike. I’m just more into fashion than he is.”

TV Scoop: The Hills Episode 15

Oh, The Hills. Last night, Lauren dropped a bombshell. Holly, Heidi’s sister, was going to move in with her until she found a place. Um, Holly? What is taking you so long! Go apartment hunting and pay the deposit and you are in! It seems that Spencer is right when he calls her the “mooch of the century.” Everyone is shocked that Lauren is doing this especially Heidi who gets in a fight with Spencer about it. 

Heidi is also determined to get her job back and Sam decides to give her a chance on a trial basis. 

Audrina has fallen for Justin’s charms again. He asks her to go away with him to Mexico and she seriously considers getting more serious with him. He also gives her a white t-shirt as a gift and tells her she has to wear it braless. What a winner. The ‘connection’ between those two is about to be tested next week when the cheating scandal between him and Lauren is brought up. 

Lauren and Audrina meet for a drink and all seems to be good between them since Audrina moved out. Lauren also asks Whitney about her new guy, Jay and things seem to be going well with those two. 

Of course when Holly tells Lauren and Lo that she doesn’t understand why Heidi would kick her out, Lauren gets to do what she does best. Give advice to other people. She tells Holly that Heidi is in a bad place right now because of Spencer. Is it just me or is Spencer the best thing about the show? He is so brutally honest that he is the most interesting of everyone!

Jen and John Big Date Night

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer are still going strong! The couple were spotted on a date at the Sunset Tower Hotel on Monday night.

“They were positively glowing in the candlelight,” an onlooker said of the couple, who took a corner table in the dimly lit Hollywood landmark, where the couple is frequently spotted. “You could see her classic ‘Aniston smile’ on her face.” 

Who was this “source?” Jennifer Aniston’s biggest fan? 

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were also dining nearby.

“There was a lot of excited talk between the two girls,” the onlooker noted, “with Nicole’s head bobbing up and down as she talked to Jen.”

How would Nicole Richie know Jennifer Aniston? I swear Hollywood is becoming so incestuous. 

But for most of the night, Aniston, 39, and Mayer, 31, only had eyes for each other. “They were very happy and goofy,” the source added. “They seemed to revel in their privacy.” 

Yep, all their ‘privacy’ at a restaurant that they always go to with the paparazzi standing right outside.

Lipstick Jungle Not Canceled?

When will the rumors stop? After being certain that Lipstick Jungle was dunzo, Brooke Shields assures us that the show is not canceled. She told US Magazine:

“They thought that because My Own Worst Enemy has been shut down that the same thing had happened to us, and it’s not true,” she said at Sunday’s Cookie magazine Kidsfest in NYC. “They’re not breaking down the sets. We’re still working. We still have more to do, so it’s erroneously presented that we’ve been canceled, thank God. Our bosses are saying, ‘You’re not canceled, don’t worry. We’re just trying to figure out how to make this make sense.’ It’s been insane. I think that the public outcry has been crazy, and it’s kind of wonderful. We’re basically No. 1 if you look at DVR. And you look at all that. So the public is watching it.”

Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman made a stunning pair at the Australia premiere. I don’t know what I think about that movie. I love Baz Luhrman and it looks like it will be shot beautifully, but what is the plot?

At the premiere, Nicole discussed her plans for the future saying, 

“I’m in a place in my life where I’ve had some great opportunities, and I may just choose to have some more children. There’s many things I want to do besides act.“

Giving up acting must be the new trend in Hollywood! First, Angelina and now Nicole Kidman! 

Britney Spears: “There’s No Excitement”

Britney Spears is doing a revealing special that will air on November 30th. The singer is supposed to let us in on her daily routine as well as talk to the camera in an unscripted way. The Sun claims that they have already previewed the special and that Britney seems trapped. She says, 

 ”There’s no excitement, there’s no passion. I have really good days, and then I have bad days. Even when you go to jail you know there’s the time when you’re gonna get out. But in this situation, it’s never ending. It’s just like Groundhog Day every day.”

The funny thing is that Britney is finally experiencing what it feels like for everyone else. She has a schedule and a routine. Just like everyone who goes to school or work all day. I am sure that would be a hard adjustment if you didn’t even finish high school! Plus, she has a budget now which she has never had before. 

She then says,

“I think it’s too in control. If I wasn’t under the restraints I’m under, I’d feel so liberated. When I tell them the way I feel, it’s like they hear but they’re really not listening. If you do something wrong in your work, you can move on, but I’m having to pay for a long time. I never wanted to become one of those prisoner people. I always wanted to feel free. I think I’ve learnt my lesson now and enough is enough.”

The Hills Is On For Season 5

Looks like Lauren Conrad will be staying on your TV screen…at least for another season. Audrina Patridge spilled to PEOPLE that The Hills is indeed doing a fifth season.

“There is going to be a fifth season,” Audrina told the mag. “We just found out.”

She added that the cast was initially skeptical about continuing on for another season, “At one point, all of us were like, ‘No, we don’t want to do another season,’” she said. “I wanted to do more movies, and Whitney moved to New York and she’s doing her own spin-off.”

So the real reason for Season 5? “We have fun with each other and we’ve stuck it out this long,” she said. “We might as well do another one.”

I think that The Hills has pretty much run its course, but I am sure the execs still see the money rolling in. I do think that the previews for next weeks episode look pretty good! Lauren and Audrina finally discuss the cheating rumors between Justin Bobby and Lauren! I still don’t think that Lauren could possibly go there…

Justin Timberlake Dominates SNL

The minute that I start to think that Justin Timberlake is an enormous douche who has lost me as a fan forever, he has to go and do something like this! He has to make a cameo on Saturday Night Live and relive the wonderful memories of a previous time he hosted when I still liked him. 

So I say Justin, stick to making cameos on SNL and showing people that you actually have a sense of humor! No more of these movie roles and albums coming out every four years!

Britney Spears Album Leaked!

Britney Spears new album, Circus has been leaked on the Internet! The album was set to debut in two weeks, but now it is unsure how the leak will affect the album sales. If you really want to download it, it is pretty easy to find. 

In other Britney news, OK! Magazine is reporting that Britney will be among the stars to light the tree at Rockefeller Center on December 3rd. It is unknown if the pop singer will be performing or not. Either way, Brit will be performing the day before on Good Morning America!

Angelina Jolie Gets Teary Talking About Her Late Mother

Angelina Jolie is not just a tough, gun wielding woman- she also has a softer side. At a Changeling press conference Monday in London, Angelina Jolie got teary eyed talking about her late mother Marcheline Bertrand, who died of cancer in the beginning of 2007. 

Angelina has said that after she films her next movie Salt, she is going to take a break for a year. Her main concern is making sure that her family is adjusted, not being a celebrity.

“Due to breaking news and scheduling conflicts, I will not be appearing on Larry King Live tonight, though I am a big fan of the show and look forward to appearing on it in the future. I also look forward to the chance to continue supporting civil rights and speaking out against the passing of Proposition 8 and others like it (I’m looking at you Arizona and Florida) whenever and wherever i can.”

That definitely sounds like Ashlee has started to give birth or has just given birth- either way that is exciting news for the couple! I will let you know as soon as I get the news!
